you, subject to the following conditions.
If you visit Creative Images, you agree to
accept these conditions.
When you supply any personal
information to we have obligations
towards you in the way we use data.
We must explain how we will use it and tell you if we
want to pass the information on to anyone else.

♦ Any project undertaken will be invoiced at the price stated, your
payment must be
received before any work is undertaken.
♦ An amount of time will be allocated at the time of order, we
endeavour to
complete orders in this time but on occasion it may take longer you
will be notified
immediately of this should this occur.
♦ We will not be held responsible for any damage occurred during
transit in the
postal service, recorded delivery, do not bend or fragile is
recommended.
♦ Obscene images, copyrighted material or at our discretion will be
refused.
All information supplied is only kept for purposes to produce
invoices
and to return photos and will be destroyed after a period of 14
days.
♦ You remain the owner of any original images
♦ Creative Images is aware that your photographs are important to
you and your
confidentiality will be assured.
♦ We guarantee that your photos will never be used for any other
purpose other
than instructed and never shared with anyone.
♦ Your personal details will never be used for any other purpose.
All original photos will be returned undamaged to you after work has
been
completed.
♦ All work will be kept on record for a period of 14 days should any
problems
arise. After which they will be deleted.
♦ If you require this information to be destroyed straightaway
please tell us
and we will be happy to do so.
